Refund policy

At MysticLuxe we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We aim to supply our customers with the highest quality pieces and products. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we understand some faults may occur.

MysticLuxe will refund the full amount paid, exchange the item to one of less or equal value or provide a store credit for the returned product which MUST be returned in original packaging and have no visible signs of wear, misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use. This includes but is not limited to;

- The loss of a product or part of a product

- Failure on your behalf to follow the provided care instructions

- Chain or findings pulling/stretching

- Chain breakage, unless caused by a manufacturing default

We only refund, exchange or offer store credit and accept returns if the product is faulty. we will not issue for change of mind.

MysticLuxe is not liable for products that are lost or damaged in transit however if you experience any issues, please contact us and we will assist you as best we can. 

T-Shirts are not included in this policy as they are made to order and cannot be returned nor refunded. So please, choose your sizing wisely.
